Woking's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

Woking Borough Council will be making the following activities available:

Relax and soak up the atmosphere as a summer garden vibe returns featuring a big screen airing the best Jubilee-related highlights, deck chairs and a host of activities such as table tennis!

Pubs, bars and restaurants will also be joining the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, as eating areas will be set up to create a street party atmosphere in the heart of the town. Enjoy a menu fit for a queen or sip your afternoon tea on the terrace while enjoying a slice of cake!

The Crown Jewels will be on display (or at least the finest replica collection!) in the shopping centre.

Platinum Jubilee Beacon Lighting Ceremony - Thursday 2 June 2022

The first community event of the four-day platinum celebrations, more than 1,500 beacons will be lit by communities, charities and different groups throughout the UK to celebrate.

ChristChurch has organised a collective group of choirs to sing the official song of the Commonwealth.
