On a cloudy day, four 6-a-side teams gathered at the Woking Leisure Centre and their great facilities to have our annual tournament. There were two teams from the Imam Hassan Foundation (Shia Muslim), and one each from the Welcome Church (Christian) and the Shah Jahan Mosque (Sunni Muslim).
After a round robin tournament there was then a cup and a plate tournament.
The Imam Hassan Foundation 1st team played the Shah Jahan Mosque for the cup and the Welcome Church team played the Imam Hassan Foundation 2nd team for the plate. The winners of the cup were the Imam Hassan Foundation 1st team and the winners for the plate was the Welcome Church team.
A good time was had by all and the level of football played was good.
