Organised by Woking People of Faith and supported by Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum (SMEF), this much-loved event has become a highlight of Interfaith Week, with audiences thoroughly enjoying the diverse performances and warm community atmosphere year after year.
This year's programme promises another fantastic evening, featuring performances from The Trinitones, Mike Cope, NWSS Choir, Pirbright Gospel Choir, Abdu, Mickey Singh, Surrey Bahá’í Choir and Big Leaf Foundation, celebrating the richness of our different faith and cultural traditions. The evening will also feature a special collective song bringing performers together in harmony.
We are delighted that Cllr Attia Aslam, Deputy Mayor of Woking, will deliver opening remarks, while Neelam Devesher MBE, Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey, will close the evening.
The celebration will conclude with food, refreshments and an opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with friends and strengthen the bonds between our communities.
